Data Collected<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Via the online registration form (Ninja Forms)<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the registration process for our courses, we collect the following data through our online form:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postal address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chosen courses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This data is temporarily stored in the website&#8217;s database (via the Ninja Forms plugin) until it is processed by an administrator. Periodically, an administrator logs in, exports the data, and deletes it from the web server. It is then integrated into our internal database (see point 2.3).  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The retention period of data on the web server is therefore limited to the interval between two administrative exports. During this period, access is restricted to website administrators only. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Via paper registration forms<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same categories of data are also collected through our paper registration forms sent by post.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 Internal database<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once exported from the website, your data is stored in a secure internal FileMaker database, accessible only to members of the board of directors and the management of the ASBL.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.4 Cookies and analytics<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website does not use tracking cookies or traffic analysis tools. No browsing data is collected. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Purposes of Processing<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative management of course registrations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication with students (current and former) regarding courses, schedules and any changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information about our concerts, events and activities organised by the ASBL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This data is never used for commercial or advertising purposes.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Legal Basis for Processing<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of your personal data is based on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Performance of a contract (or pre-contractual measures): management of your registration and academic follow-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legitimate interest of the ASBL: keeping you informed of activities and events related to your participation in the school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your consent: for any communication not directly related to your registration. You may withdraw this consent at any time. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Data Retention<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is retained in two distinct stages:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the web server (Ninja Forms): temporarily, until the next export and deletion by an administrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In our internal database (FileMaker): for as long as you are a current or former student of Cap sur la Musique, and for as long as necessary to keep you informed of our activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to have your data deleted, you may request this at any time (see section 7).<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Security and Access to Data<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the website: access restricted to website administrators, regular deletion of data after export.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internally: secure FileMaker database, accessible only to the board of directors and the management of the ASBL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is never transferred, sold, rented or shared with any third party outside the ASBL.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Your Rights<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR \u2013 EU Regulation 2016\/679), you have the following rights:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Right of access: obtain a copy of the data held about you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to object: object to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to restriction of processing: request that your data be temporarily no longer used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise any of these rights, please contact the ASBL management via the website or by post.
